Dr. Lyle Rosnick
Paula Kramer M.S.W. C.S.W., Martin Zabel M.A.
The Zabels bring years of clinical experience, insights from their
marriage, and a unique process that encourages people to take pleasure in the
adventure of experiential change. Together they co-founded the AWAKENING
INSIGHT INSTITUTE in New York City and Costa Rica devoted to deepening the communication that transforms our relationships. Using the latest brain
research they have created processes that resonate on several levels of
brain function so that change occurs without struggle or stress. Together
they synthesize their rich backgrounds originating groups, workshops and
retreats in New York City and Costa Rica for individuals searching for an
intimate relationship and for couples who want to move beyond the existing boundaries of what seems possible.
Paula Kramer-Zabel MSW, CSW, has used her gentle, intuitive, empathetic self
(and perhaps a lively sense of humor) for over 25 years in her clinical work, teaching and supervising. She is a licensed Gestalt, EMDR Post Traumatic Stress therapist, Imago Relationship Therapist and certified Hypnotherapist.
Martin Zabel, M.A., with 30 years of clinical training and experience comfortably incorporates into his work his years of Psychoanalytic and Bioenergetic trainings with ancient approaches to higher consciousness, management consulting and current brain research

Dr. Elaine Eden and Jeff Hohman M.A.
Ph.D., B.C.I.A.C., C.B.T., C.H.T.
Clinical Psychotherapist
Certified Psychophysiologist
Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist
Certified Hypnoanaesthesiologist
In private practice in New York City for the last 40 years, Dr. Eden has specialized in crisis management and the alleviation of stress related symptomotology. Through the use of accelerated psychophysiological (Mind-Body) interventions, she has assisted her clients in coping through painful circumstances by teaching them how to “recondition” their overly reactive autonomic nervous systems. Often there are accompanying symptoms related to prolonged exposure to crisis stressors, this being due to abnormal hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal activity, resulting in neurohormonal depletion and immunosupression.

Reese Williams, L.Ac.
“My practice encompasses Craniosacral Therapy, Acupuncture and Polarity Therapy. It is a gentle “hands-on” approach to healing and transformation. Treatments, which are one-hour in length, encourage the body's own self-healing and self-regulating capabilities. The work is effective for a wider range of illnesses and also for regaining well-being after a period of emotional stress or trauma. Please feel free to call for more information.”
Two locations: NYC (Broadway & 26th St.) 212-242-4867 and upstate in Rhinebeck, NY 845-876-1636.
